i just got back from a week long photo expedition with my school in mexico last night. it was so incredible. we traveled throughout the yucatan pennisula looking at mayan ruins and small towns, taking pictures and learning about the ancient mayans. i am deathly afraid of heights, yet i found the courage to climg the heighest pyramid in the yucatan. whoo, i rock. i shot twelve rolls of film and well over 100 photos on my digital camera, so soon there will be plenty of pictures for you to see. my friends and i kept a notebook full of quotes and inside jokes that we gathered from the trip. everything was just so amazing. i am so lucky to have been able to go. i really want to relive the week again.
